Appointment requests are not final until we confirm with you.
Parts we installed that fail due to a defect.
Labor required to correct a defective repair or installation.
Failures caused by our workmanship or a defective replacement part.
If a covered repair fails, we will correct the problem at no charge for the covered parts and labor, up to the cost of the original repair.
Normal wear or maintenance items after their normal service life.
Damage from accidents, abuse, misuse, racing, off-road use, or other abnormal vehicle use.
Failures caused by lack of reasonable maintenance.
Failures caused by another defective or damaged component not included in the original repair.
Damage resulting from continued operation after a warning light, unusual noise, overheating, fluid loss, or other condition indicating that continued operation may cause damage.
Repairs or modifications performed by another facility that cause or contribute to the failure.
Conditions that existed before the original repair and were not part of the repair performed by All Car Service Center.
Customer provided parts, including the labor to install or replace such parts.
Customers are always free to decline recommended repairs. Declining a recommendation does not automatically void this warranty. However, if a declined repair or maintenance item later causes or contributes to the failure of a warranted repair, the resulting failure is not covered.
EXAMPLE
If we replace an alternator and recommend replacing a defective battery, but the battery is declined and subsequently damages the new alternator, replacement of the alternator is not covered.
A diagnostic trouble code (DTC) identifies a system or condition requiring further diagnosis; it does not, by itself, identify a defective part.
If a check-engine light or related drivability concern returns during the warranty period following a diagnostic repair, we will re-evaluate it at no charge.
The same DTC does not automatically mean the same failure. We will diagnose the current condition and determine whether it represents:
Failure of the original repair.
An incorrect or incomplete original diagnosis.
A separate component failure producing the same or a related code.
A condition unrelated to the original repair.
When our original diagnosis or repair was incorrect or ineffective, we will correct the error in accordance with this warranty.
All Car Service Center must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and correct a suspected warranty problem before another repair facility performs work on the vehicle. If the vehicle is unsafe or cannot reasonably be driven, contact All Car Service Center before authorizing repairs elsewhere whenever reasonably possible.
If another facility performs repairs without giving All Car Service Center a reasonable opportunity to inspect the vehicle, warranty coverage may be denied unless prior authorization was obtained or circumstances made prior contact reasonably impractical.
Customers are responsible for following the vehicle manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule and addressing known problems in a timely manner.
Failure to perform unrelated maintenance does not automatically cancel this warranty. Maintenance becomes relevant when the failure is reasonably determined to have caused or contributed to the failure of a warranted repair.
Our warranty is not a promise that your vehicle will never experience another mechanical problem. It is our commitment to stand behind our parts, workmanship, and professional diagnostic process.
If we repaired it and our repair fails, we will make it right.
If we make a mistake, we will acknowledge it and work to correct it. If a problem is unrelated to our repair, we will explain what we found and provide repair options and cost before performing additional work.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the repair and is subject to the terms above. Warranty is limited to the original purchase price.
